The issue in GetHuman-chauncyd's own words
My T-Mobile payment arrangement were set up for me to pay on July **th ****, and I received a text today stating that my phone were cut off. And that I would need to pay **.** to have my phone turned back on. I call customer service today, and they tell me that they won’t be able to turn my service on until I pay ***.**. I wasn’t sent a notification stating that my number were going to be deactivated or I would’ve paid it. I spoke with Henry from one of your call centers, he rudely told me that they are not going to turn my service back on until I get *** dollars paid into my account. I explained to him that the app told me my payment arrangement wasn’t until July **th, and also that it says I only need to pay **.** to restore my phone so that service can be turned back on. I feel that this is unfair, and I would like my phone turned on until Saturday, whereas I can pay the bill in full.

GetHuman-chauncyd did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
