get the credit to pay my final $**** sprint bill and have insurance included on the phones, etc ... sales rep christy erickson out of corporate office near ***th foster in overland park ks...was either dishonest or neglectful or both.*she cold called me to switch my many sprint lines to t mobile. a fiasco has ensued. i am realtor and record my conversations. also i have texts saved admitting she like about having sent the ** or so phones in to get money back since they could not be used on t moble. she was to put insurance on all my phones and only did one after repeatedly telling her she forgot....this was finally done last week. there are other problems.**i am considering getting legal help or having one of my reporter friends investigate. my calls to customer care say they cannot help me ...that i must contact the person i purchased from or their boss. i have called at least ** times john brown, christy erickson's boss. the phone number is ***-***-****.*i never received the money due for changing my phones to sprint. also i have texts where christy finally admits that she never sent all my phones to get the money for selling sprint phones. she kept lying and said the check should be in the mail. i took photos of these conversations.*****-***-****
employee or employees were deceptive at corporate office...won't return numerous calls
i want answers now...not to be told to call a corporate number where phone calls are not returned
i switched in march.****..and have not received money promised to switch nor money for selling sprint phones..
called to file fraud report...only to find out they don't deal with fraud by their sales people...**also tried to find out when i get money or credit type card for switching to t mobile ...christy erickson has my final sprint bill...i cannot get an answer.
