I have tried quite a few times to login to my Amazon account and nothing works. I've used my user name and password that I've had for quite some time, after a few times at trying that, it asked for my account number and zip, that didn't work after a few times. I asked that chat thing questions and it was quite confusing and couldn't answer anything logical. Why can't I get to my account. I've tried all the ways you offer to get into the account.
