Disputed a charge on my Sam's Club card and my card was closed, even though I was very adamant that I did not want it closed and another card issued. I would have paid the $** charge in question to avoid this. *Less than ** hours later, we attempted to buy gasoline at the Sam's Club station and discovered that card was no longer active.*Called Customer Service and voiced my GREAT UPSET with the rep Plus a supervisor. I'm STILL MAD - especially since it will be *-** days before the new card is received.**Would like this COMPLAINT sent to the highest level of management possible.
I want my new card NOW!
Talked to multiple CSR's at Synchrony, including one supposed "supervisor".*Was unable to expedite card being sent, so I told him he really didn't need that*job if he couldn't help customers.
I have an issue with Synchrony Bank too
How GetHuman-sugilley fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-sugilley to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
