I placed my first order online and received a confirmation email, but the payment hasn't shown in my bank account. Following advice from my bank's call center, who suspected an issue with the website, I placed a second order. Worried that there might be a delay due to different countries being involved in the payment process (Mexico bank account, order going to San Diego), I now fear I might be charged twice. I kindly request the cancellation of the second order (L[redacted]) and assistance in understanding why neither the first nor second order payments are reflected in my bank.
