Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your attention the ongoing issues I've been experiencing with Umang Motors located at Rithala, Rohini, Delhi. Since purchasing my vehicle in February [redacted], the Service Adviser, Mr. Aman deep, has been providing misleading information and failing to fulfill commitments. Despite making numerous attempts to address the situation, I have encountered obstacles from the Service Centre. Despite a prior arrangement with Mr. Sarvesh to visit at 2.00 PM, my son, Raghav, was turned away at 2.30 PM, citing tardiness as a reason for denying repairs or replacements. The consistent lack of accountability and professionalism from Suzuki Services has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain due to frequent travel expenses. Additionally, my son's education has been disrupted as he accompanies the vehicle for repairs repeatedly.

My name is Abhijeet Pagare and I had reserved an Eco seven-seater car from Maruti Suzuki Automotive in Ambad, Nashik, Maharashtra [redacted] a few months back. Initially, they mentioned the car would be ready for delivery on the festival of Dussehra, but it was not fulfilled. Despite follow-ups and false promises, including contacting the head of Maruti Suzuki Nashik, Devesh Kumar and the general manager, Avdhoot Shimpi, the car has not been delivered. If unable to deliver, it is unfair to mislead customers and accept booking fees. Customer service from Maruti Suzuki has been disappointing. It is essential to either deliver the car promptly or refund the booking amount. Kindly address this matter promptly and deliver the car at your earliest convenience. Contact: [redacted].

I purchased a Maruti Celerio from Aakansha Motors in Muradabad, Uttar Pradesh on May 8, [redacted]. I had made the full payment, including financing ₹[redacted],[redacted] through HDFC Bank. However, during the purchase, the financier overcharged me for the file charges. Later, I discovered that my file charges were half and the bank had paid the full amount to Aakansha Motors, and I was also overcharged for insurance. Aakansha Motors in Muradabad owes me around ₹3,[redacted] from the financing and approximately ₹[redacted] from the insurance. I have contacted Aakansha Motors multiple times via phone calls and WhatsApp, but they seem unwilling to listen. I feel like I have to take action myself. I request you to be aware before I take my next steps.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out regarding the ongoing issues we have been facing with the bike purchased from S.A. Motors on Elliot Road in Kolkata. The bike in question is a burgman with registration number WB 01A V7281 under the name of T.A. Hazrat. Unfortunately, the service received from the staff has been far from satisfactory. There have been delays in delivery, lack of clear communication, and subpar service quality. Despite multiple visits, our bike was not ready for collection on the estimated date of 4th August [redacted]. Furthermore, we have encountered a battery issue, which is still pending resolution even under warranty, with a waiting period of 15 days. Moreover, a broken light issue has not been addressed promptly. These unresolved matters are causing significant inconvenience as the bike remains unusable. As a result, I urge for immediate action to rectify these ongoing concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution to the problems faced. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, MyHealthyKart (T.A. Hazrat)

Hello, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from S.A. Motors (Kolkata) located at Elliot Road after purchasing a burgman bike with registration number WB 01A V7281 under the name Taha A. Hazrat. The staff's lack of cooperation, false delivery promises, and poor communication have been ongoing issues. Despite providing my bike for service on August 2, [redacted], with an estimated completion date of August 4, [redacted], it was not ready without any updates. Subsequently, a battery problem arose, and although covered under warranty, I was informed of a 15-day waiting period. The temporary solution provided with an old battery caused inconvenience as the bike broke down on the road. Additionally, the broken light issue remains unresolved due to the unavailability of parts. I urge prompt action to rectify these issues as my reliance on the bike for daily activities has been severely impacted. Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, MyHealthyKart (Taha A. Hazrat)

I reserved a Suzuki Access125 middle version a month ago. Recently, the salesperson called me to make a payment as the vehicle is in transit. After I made the payment online, they informed me that the middle version is unavailable and proposed the high-end version, requiring an additional payment. It has been over a month of waiting, and now they are suggesting other models I am not interested in. What should I do in this situation?

I had given my bike, a Shaiba Suzuki Access [redacted], at the service center in Durgapur, West Bengal, for self-start and oil leakage issues. It's been over 6 months now, and my bike is still at the showroom. Initially, I was quoted Rs [redacted] for a pinion and Rs 30/60 for 2 oil seals. However, when I received the bill, it amounted to Rs [redacted]. I raised a complaint with the company, and now they are pressuring me to pay the amount and take my bike. The service manager, Tomal, asked me to visit the showroom, where I found that they were fitting damaged body parts and a faulty battery to my bike, even though they claim not to have replaced certain parts mentioned in the bill. I have evidence to support my claim, and I'm seeking assistance in resolving this matter.
