Survey Monkey. I work for a school district and ordered Survey Monkey for * months, knowing it would end in June. Our Federal Funds for purchasing are from July-June. We start a new Federal Grant every July. Survey Monkey auto renewed me mid June for * more months. I was planning on buying a full year subscription in late July*August. Now I have a problem because I technically don't have any money to pay for the service. I cannot afford to have to pay out of pocket for the service and since there are no Federal Funds available at this time and the * months occur over * different Federal years, I will have to personally pay unless I can get Survey Monkey to stop my service in June when it was set to expire and let me restart it in late July or early August for the full year. Please help me with this situation. I am getting no where with Survey Monkey.

I had an email thread going with them. Just hadn't heard back for over a week. I wrote to them again and expressed how urgent the situation was and that I was going to lose my job over this. A very nice gentleman, Sean, called me and he was able to get me a credit for the full amount. We will still use them and get a full year subscription this time so i won't be in the same situation with the Federal funds running into * different grant years. Being a school district, we will even get a **% discount which he emailed me the details about how to get that. Very satisfied.
