I want help with upgrading to a paid plan. My problem is that we will need to pay by invoice, plus I wanted to see if we qualified for the educator discount. We have contacted them multiple times, without result. **I have contacted survey monkey about * different times with my question and each time they say that their wait time is long, then send an email apologizing, then say to visit the help desk (which does not provide an answer to my question).
We want to be able to pay them.
I want them to call me
I had vouched for Survey Monkey as the survey program of choice that we should utilize, since I had had a positive experience working with them at my previous job.
Emailed help support multiple times, submitted help requests online multiple times, and called every number I could find.
