I signed up for SurveyMonkey at the end of October. (I have been using them for many years and just joined a new company so needed a new subscription.)**First, I was charged over $**** when all I wanted was the middle package for around $****annually. **NEXT, I found that SurveyMonkey no longer allowed clients at this level to change the survey close page to their own - in other words, I'm being forced to advertise SurveyMonkey, or pony up to the next level.**THEN, I thought I forgot my password but because SurveyMonkey linked me to my last company's email, I could not access. I KNOW I used my new company email to sign up for this subscription but somehow SM linked my name to my old email, which no longer exists.**NOW, I've been back and forth about the refund AND account access and am ready to pull my hair out. **REQUIRED RESOLUTION: I should be refunded the difference between what I was charged and the package I knowingly signed up for* and provided access to my account (which seems to have been turned off because I remembered my password which now doesn't work.) **I have or had a survey sitting in the account and have been asked by my leadership for results, which I cannot provide because I'm locked. This does not bode well for me at a new job. WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT?**MY FRUSTRATION LEVEL IS BEYOND BELIEF AND COMPLETELY UNREASONABLE. WHY DO I HAVE TO BEG AND BEG AND BEG FOR RESOLUTION?
