I paid for their service because I needed to complete one survey. I only needed it for a few weeks.**I have been clicking on the "cancel it" option in the purchase confirmation email to avoid being charged for another month. It always re-directed me to a page that said my account is the free basic one. I tried it on different occasions to make sure it was not a glitch. Still, it re-directed me to that page, so I thought maybe it would just go back to a basic status after the paid month.**It did not. I was charged again today. When I contact the support team, they told me that I have two accounts, a free one and the paid one. So, when I clicked on the PAID account's email, it re-directed me to the free account.**I told them that was not on me and I should not be billed for that. I was told they could not give me a refund.**They re-direct you to a free account just so that you will not cancel your paid subscription. I never want to work with them again!**Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.**Preferred solution: Full refund.
