I am currently stranded in Athens without access to funds. My bank, Suncorp, had my credit cards stolen during a car robbery. Despite having a Westpac travel currency card, I'm unable to reload it without funds. Suncorp was contacted via Facebook by my sister-in-law to cancel the stolen cards. Unfortunately, contacting Suncorp directly from overseas is difficult with my current SIM card. I urgently need Suncorp to remove the stolen electronic security token from my internet banking so I can access my account. My account details are as follows: Account Name: P. and E. For the last two weeks, I've been facing an issue where my credit cards won't process online transactions. Despite working fine at EFTPOS and ATMs, online usage is a challenge. After contacting Suncorp, I learned the specific department for resolving this problem is closed. Every time I attempt an emergency payment online, I'm met with error messages like 'invalid information' or 'an issue has occurred, please try again.' Additionally, one of my cards was suspended for security reasons. I am frustrated by the lack of access to support and need a detailed explanation for why this situation has happened and why the assistance facility remains unavailable for such an extended period.

Hello Suncorp, I recently tried to access my account on my iPad using my fingerprint, but was prompted to update to a new version which my device does not support. When I attempted to access the website, it requested a password instead of accepting my fingerprint scan. Due to not remembering my password after several attempts, my account got blocked. Trying to update the mobile banking on my phone, I faced another issue as it wanted to send a secure code to my Australian mobile number while I am currently overseas with only an Italian number. I need assistance to access the mobile app with my Italian phone to handle pending bills. I am open to receiving a secure code via email but unable to receive it on my phone. Thank you for your assistance.
