Not sure I’m going to get an answer back by doing this but I am very disappointed by the service I got when I checked in today to fly out of Minneapolis to Yakima Washington I got a newbie that didn’t really know what she was doing I was charge for my luggage for $** and then the other person came over and said by looking at the screen that I got $** free luggage so she swiped my card for $** and it got put on my card and then she swiped it again so $** to take it off and she told me it was not even process but it was on my credit card and now I’m out $** because the paper that I was supposed to voucher back to my company she wrote void on it I’m very disappointed by Happened today also my luggage did not get transferred in the in the appropriate way from Seattle to Yacama some confusion I would like to know how I can get the $** take it off my credit card or send a voucher to my company also I was charge for for **.** that Reddit card company said that was charged for luggage on July * so I got charged twice for luggage I do mounts today on July * and I shouldn’t have been charged at all so I’m hoping this company will look into it very strongly and get back to methey told me it was also charged to my credit card by you guys would you please look into it Kathy Davis Yakima Washington

I have a brand new customer because you only fly and yak into Washington state on Fridays and so this is why it was chosen I flew in Friday and flew out from Friday and I know the service was poor because they didn’t know what they were doing
