i keep trying to call get tgeu i went to local office no help ... my due date was *oct ** to pay my bill when i woke up on ** my service was off i called made payment over phone then nothing service never came on i called back spent over * hours holding trying resolve problem. i was told there was outage i was told bill had not been paid i was told there was no disconnect i was told to talk to sales they were only one turn it on sales said it was technical technical said first it was nonpayment then said oh i see ur payment so it’s outage took over hour on hold to speak to someone i still have no srvice
no one knew real problem they just wanted pass call to someone else plus took hours on hold to speak to someone literally
want my service turned on
