internet would go off and on second tv worked internet so we lose that called the company gave me the run around finally got fed up so called to cancel they told me they would fix and they would give the next * months free while they repaired the problem i waited *or* weeks i called and canceled the service we got back from vacation there was bill ***.** i called they said i owed the bill i said i wanted to talk to a supervisor they told me he would call me back he never did then recieved a letter from collection agency my wife paid the money witch is very unfair hopefully you can help account ******-******-**-*
