My TV lost picture but still had sound. After many attempts with suddenlink support could not fix problem . A tech was sent out on ***** and tech saw the problem right away a blocked HDMI signal. He replaced the HDMI cable first to make sure the cable was good. This did not fix the problem . Next step he installed a new HD receiver problem fixed. Tech next tryed to in stall my hdmi cable only to find the new receiver required different ends. NO way could i know this in advanced your equipment caused a new problem. Old receiver needed different ends. YES i should cover the cost of new cable but not a **.** fee to fix the problem caused by a bad receiver which lead to a new problem caused by your new equipment.
