You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-xtokyor's own words
About two months ago I signed up for Internet services - we ended up getting a splitter for the modem we already have, since we have a split household. It worked great for a few days, then nothing was connecting to the new one. I have called a dozen times to have someone help me with the issue, and they all told me the same thing "reset it". Nothing changed. It's been unplugged this entire time. They send me a bill * weeks ago, saying that my payment is past due, but I never got anything in the mail prior, even after calling to have my service turned off. I tried calling the number on that letter about * times trying to get ahold of a representative to fix the issue and cancel my services, but all I got was an automated machine about paying my bill. The person I live with has the guys number that works there - the same one who setup the splitter in the first place, and she has told him countless times that the service hasnt been working. I'm not paying $*** dollars including late fees for a service that hasn't worked. Now I have a debt collector coming for the payment, yet I still can't get ahold of someone. I don't have a car of my own, and have to rely on my bf with his off days, and even then, his mother uses the car too, so I'm kinda stuck. I just want this resolved cause my head is drained. I need a response ASAP.
