My highspeed internet has been having issues for several weeks. When I try to steam news on HULU the picture is fuzzy, my modem reboots suddenly on it's own all day long, my son complains of slow service while gaming. I have called you * different times and gotten * different answers and my issue is still unresolved. Your first response was that you were having issues in my area, your second response was that it was my router, and your last response was that my Arris modem was disconnected remotely by you and needed to be reconnected. Why am I paying you $***.** a month for disconnected equipment and service that doesn't work?
GetHuman-dredwine did not yet indicate what SuddenLink should do to make this right.
