The issue in GetHuman4727370's own words
We have had issues since day *. First we had no tv for * days. Then we had no phone service and still don't. Its been over a week and a half. The first technician changed out the box and that didnt fix the phone issue. When he changed the box he took the original box that had the memory card that allows live tv to be paused and such creating another issue. The next technician never showed up but said he did. Then the service was disconnected because someone in technical support scheduled it to be shut off why? No clue. The next technician showed up put a card in and that fixed the pause tv thing but now we have a **$ tech charge which is ridiculous and we still have no phone. So after only having suddenlink a little over a week we have a ***.** dollar bill no phone service and a serious problem here.
