Help with my SuddenLink issue

Username, Password, Email address on the account, Name on the account, Phone number on the account, and Address on the account
The issue in GetHuman-saint_ni's own words
Trying to log on to my email ... Lost computer and had to buy a new one. My password was saved on the old one. Bought new computer and when I try to log in it wants my password, which I cannot remember. Also, I do not remember the security question answer since my answer to that was given many years ago. The security question should be easy but I have tried many combinations of it and I cannot get it right. I need to have answers. Very frustrated.

I've been trying everything I could think of for about a week now.
