I REQUESTED AN UPGRADE TO MY CABLE SERVICE. I AM SUPPOSE TO BE ABLE TO GET TCM AND MGM HD FOR BOTH, BUT AFTER NUMEROUS REFRESHING FROM A TECH, PLUGGING AND UNPLUGGING, AND A LOCAL TECH NOT SHOWING UP AND ME NOT BEING NOTIFIED. I WOULD LIKE TO GET A NEW CABLE BOX TO SEE IF THAT MIGHT HELP.BUT OUR LOCAL SERVICE IS CLOSED. NOW WHAT CAN I DO WITH EQUIPMENT THAT DOESN'T WORK AND NO WAY TO GET REPLACEMENT. I WANT CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT FOR NET RECEIVING THE CHANNELS I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET. AFTER ALL THESE YEARS, I MAY HAVE TO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE, IF I CAN'T GET SATISFACTION.
