Get a response as to why my bill increased and what could be done about it. ... Talked to a representative who basically said it was an increase and to live with it. Said she had no control over prices and could not change or alter my billing. Might as well been talking to a robot. Suddenlink is pricing itself out of the business especially for seniors on limited income. It's no wonder there are many advertisements lately for devices to allow you to get TV channels without having to pay for them.
That senior citizens living on fixed incomes cannot afford these periodic increases.
By reducing my charged back to what they were before the increase.
