The issue in GetHuman-dallas_a's own words
International direct call overcharge. Called South Korea for years as well as charge chart on Suddenlink page states twelve cents per minute (.**). For the past two months is being charged at one dollar fifty five cents per minute (*.**). (In my opinion the ONLY way it is *.** is that when looking at charge chart calls to North Korea is *.** HOWEVER I AM calling South Korea which is .** cents and I verified again with a customer service agent) For billing period in October was charged **.** for what should be more or less a *.** charge. For billing period November charged ***.** for what should be about *.**. As well as federal universal service fees for *.** and **.**. Which I am aware there are fees but not this much. I am trying to get this fixed as I still need this service. I would like to find out exactly why this happened as Altice Suddenlink took over and how I have called * times at over * hours each call and NOBODY has the authority to do anything.
