Called Suddenlink on Oct **, **** to put my TV and Internet on Seasonal Saver on Oct **, ****. The representative I talked to said he was having a difficult time doing this and asked me to call back the evening of Oct **, ****. I did not understand why, but I did call back the evening of Oct **, **** and asked the representative again to be put on seasonal saver on Oct **. ****. ( I had put my service on seasonal saver the winter of **** with no problem and was charged **.* per month). Since Oct **, I have received * more bills and the multiple charges make no sense to me. In fact just one charge on my present bill shows a charge for a Modem. I have my own modem.*What do I want?. I want someone at Suddenlink to look at my charges from Oct **, **** to the present and change them to charges for TV and Internet to Seasonal Saver only. My phone * is ***-***-****
