The issue in GetHuman-becnunez's own words
Account is set up with automated payment* however, the credit card on file had to be changed due to issuance of a new card because of fraudulent charges. This change was made last week prior to the due date* however, your system did not process the payment. I called to try and talk to an agent about the reason that your system did not process against the new credit card. When I called, she refused to talk to me and I did not make a payment with her. However, I was erroneously charged a $** fee. Your voice message states that a $** fee will be charged IF payment is made through an agent - it was not! I went ahead and paid the entire bill as a one-time payment, including the $** charge. I do not understand why your system did not pick up the credit card info that is now on file. This payment should not be counted as a late payment also! I have spent * hours to try and talk to a human being without being charged $** every time that I call!!! I am so frustrated and ready to search for alternatives for our communication needs!
