How is it that our internet bill just keeps going up? Could it be that your rip off company has a monopoly on Georgetown? I realize that I'm a month behind, I totally understand that, but your loyal customers (not that we have much choice) get NOTHING in benefits from your company. Someone is making a small killing off of this city and I have no doubt that there are people in City Hall whose bank accounts go up exponentially for every sucker that gets signed up. We had barely closed the door to our apartment when there was someone from your company banging on it. Tacky, to say the least.**One more thing* my due date on my bill says June *. Do you think you could actually give me until June * to pay it? Seems like our service gets disconnected at least a couple days prior to that every month. Not sure how your powers that be sleep at night, knowing how much of a scam your company really is.
GetHuman-dlkoshut did not yet indicate what SuddenLink should do to make this right.
