You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-cedele's own words
I returned my cable modem that I have been renting through suddenlink for over * years in February but I am still being charged for renting it on my bill * months later. I returned it to the address listed on the equipment return page which is in Shrewsbury. How can I get this charge removed from my account? My account number is ***-****-********* and my access code is ****.
GetHuman-cedele did not yet indicate what SuddenLink should do to make this right.
