OMG...i have tried to contact someone for days by phone, online. I understand my bill is past due. and I am going to need an extension. One. because I just paid a very long cell phone bill due to not having any internet service so not only did I use up all my data I had to pay more.. I have not had internet and my cable tv wasn't working, until a few days ago. Last Monday is when it finally started to work.I was l looking for a new company. but since it has started to work. I don't want to go through the hassle. and believe my bill should start the day it actually. Or give me more time to pay. You can see ive have not been able to use it and you can see ive called went online, asking why it wasnt work...its truly been a nightmare...i even no longer have an online job, cause i was able to work from home...I had to go to my public library while i supposedly had internet. acct* ****************. if it gets shut off for none payment. Then i will have to look for another provider. I dont know about anyone else but this hasnt to be the most frustrating experience I have ever had. You need to be able to contact someone ...have you tried your owe website...try it....omg..worse ever. just to get help!!! I had to google this and it probably isnt even suddenlink...OMG PLEASE
