I called a week or two ago and was on the phone for over an hour. I had been being billed $** a month for the past ** months for WiFi at home yet the modem you guys installed did not have WiFi. I have my own personal router that I use for WiFi. The charges were supposed to be reversed but my current bill does not show a credit and is showing a charge for a modem. My bill should be approximately $***mo. And this bill is $***.**. I hope you can help me.
