Understand why there are two billing cycles with different amounts each month ... I have paid my bills monthly. suddenly I have an invoice saying we are **$ short on the payment and another email to ask me to pay. When I log in they have the wrong address for me. I have no confidence you have my account receiving the payments or invoicing correctly.
I can't sign in as I don't know the suddenlink password. i can't view the invoices. Bizarre second notices arrive that don't correspond to the invoice amount that was paid. When phoning online you have the wrong address. It is as if there appear to be two accounts? I had signed up for the full service and only have the partial service.
The system needs to be simpler to use, clear and concise with one invoice amount per month, with a way to speak to someone rather than be re-routed through the website with every page refusing to load.
I have been with Suddenlink since August and make monthly payments from the Texas Tech Federal Credit Union. Now there are more invoices?
Tried phoning the number to be hung up on without solving the problem, tried signing in but I don't know the password and then tried paying bills automatically which has been paid so I don't understand why there are more invoices?
