Had the installer come out yesterday to install new service. He found the signal was lacking at the street and will have to get it repaired. He brought the DVR and he boxes and I have them here. Looking at the equipment, I see it is old used equipment. Dirty cable modem and DVR and remotes are old and dirty. The Suddenlink information on line indicates a TiVo for DVR...this unit is a Pace and a dirty older model as well. I want new equipment not used dirty stuff for my install. *My account is: *************.
