I just called bc I was double charged and got on the phone with a very rude man he did finally look up my account to see I was indeed double charged then way I asked to speak to a manager he keep telling me he did his job and recused to transfer me I should not have to wait * weeks to get my money back and even though some **** was set for the **th to pay my bill i paid on the **nd so this oversight should never had happened and to point out today is the **th not the **th so u were not authorized to take any money from my account today either
