I ordered a veggie sub from Subway online for delivery to [redacted] Wharncliffe Rd South in London, Ontario on Sat, Sept 16. The order number is D171AB86-F7. The estimated delivery time from Doordash was Sat, Sept 16 at 08:08 PM. However, despite the delivery address being 90 Base Line Road West Apt [redacted] Buzz [redacted], I did not receive my order. I contacted Doordash, who informed me that since the payment was made to Subway, they could not issue a refund. Despite attempting to reach the Subway on Wharncliffe, I have been unable to speak with the manager, who called but did not leave a message. I paid $20.89 for the order. The next day, a resident from another floor in my building contacted me to say the sub package was left in front of her door all night and morning unrefrigerated. She disposed of the food and did not want to disclose her apartment number. I would like a refund for this unsatisfactory service. Thank you, Georgina Sacre.

My 15-year-old grandson recently started his first job at Subway on Route 11 in Wyoming, PA. After just three days, the manager informed him via text during school that they didn't think he was the right fit due to needing a work-life balance. It seems harsh to let a quiet kid go this way. Shouldn't they have discussed this in person or at least after school? It's disappointing how little empathy and consideration some people show once they are out of sight.

I recently visited my regular Subway location, which I frequent twice a week, and had an exceptionally negative customer service encounter. The male manager displayed a rude attitude, overcharged me, scrutinized my sandwich, and adamantly refused to remake it. Additionally, when I ordered a sub, there was a shortage of meat. Although a new staff member took my order, the manager interfered by attempting to charge an exorbitant amount, $10, for a kids' meal. I believe a gift card or some form of compensation would be appropriate given the unacceptable nature of this experience.

I placed a delivery order, but unfortunately, several items were missing - specifically my Doritos, cookies, and soda were not included in the delivery. I called the store to inquire if my daughter could pick up the missing items since I am currently homebound. However, for the past two days, I have been unable to reach anyone over the phone. I even tried a different number, but no one answered that call either. When I mentioned the missing items to the delivery driver, they dismissed the issue by saying it wasn't their responsibility. I was disappointed about the missing items, but even more frustrated by the lack of response from the store. Not everyone prefers to communicate online, and it's concerning when a store doesn't prioritize customer communication, especially when customers are spending their hard-earned money there.

I visited Subway and while waiting in line, I noticed the employee making my online order didn't fully prepare my sandwich. She only cooked the bacon and forgot to include avocado. I called multiple times before getting a response. Unfortunately, my sandwich also lacked oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. I would appreciate a refund for the missing avocado and may need some assistance since I can't easily return to the store without inconvenience. This location is my go-to due to its proximity to my house, but this experience has been disappointing.

I purchased three footlong subs today at the Subway in Chickamauga, GA. Upon arrival, I noticed that the two employees working appeared disinterested in their tasks. When I requested lettuce on two of my subs, I was displeased to find that the lettuce in the container was starting to brown. I expressed my concerns to one of the girls, who informed me that was all they had. After insisting, she reluctantly retrieved a fresher bag of lettuce from the back. The audacity of trying to serve subpar lettuce and lying about it was shocking. This falls below the standard of service I expect from Subway, a place I frequent often. Additionally, the bread was disappointingly hard, leaving me quite dissatisfied with my overall experience.

I placed an online order for pick-up on 9/22/23 with order # 5EO16B6C-5A totaling $36.69 at Subway, 35 Mike Stewart Dr. Crawfordville, FL. Upon arrival, they had not received my order and couldn't toast the subs due to their broken toaster. I had to reorder and pay at a different Subway to get my food. This has happened before to me and others in the area, with no refunds given when orders can't be fulfilled. I am requesting a refund for the two subs I was unable to receive from this location. I recently placed an order on the Subway app for pickup at store [redacted] on 16th Street in Bedford, Indiana. My order consisted of 2 foot long All American Clubs and a foot long Hotshot Italiano. I used a coupon code "1799FL" for a total of $20.80. After entering my card details, the webpage went blank, and I did not receive a confirmation email or a pickup time. Shortly after, my bank notified me of a charge for $20.80 at Subway at 2:39 p.m. Despite this, the app showed no recent orders when I checked. When I called the store, the general manager was unhelpful and unprofessional, refusing to provide a refund or the food ordered. I am now seeking to either transfer my order to another store at [redacted] John A Williams Blvd in Bedford, Indiana, or receive a refund. I can provide a screenshot showing the charge on my card for verification.

The manager at Subway denied the payment for my sandwich stating the updated system works perfectly with no bugs. However, when I tried to pay using my link payment, it kept getting declined without any error code. The sandwich maker at another Subway location near my workplace contacted their manager who acknowledged that it was a system issue, not my fault. Despite the disrespectful behavior from the manager, I still need lunch. I am hoping to receive my meal for free today. Although I may not return to this Subway in the future, I need to eat as I am two hours away from home.

I am reaching out regarding my order number B159541F-B7 for sandwiches purchased on August 28, [redacted]. I previously reached out to customer service that same day but did not receive a response. I mistakenly ordered the sandwiches for Simi Valley instead of San Diego and immediately tried to cancel the order, but could not find a cancel button. Despite numerous attempts to contact the store by phone, I was unable to reach anyone. I then contacted Subway's customer service via email but have not received a response in almost a month. Upon reviewing my bills, I remembered the issue and am now seeking a refund for this order.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service received at the Elizabethtown, Kentucky Subway location. Upon visiting, the staff member handling my order was extremely rude right from the start. When my friends and I were placing separate orders with different coupons, she insisted we couldn't use them individually. Her behavior was unprofessional and off-putting. Additionally, after paying for my order and leaving, she seemed overly concerned about how we arrived at the restaurant, even going as far as threatening to involve the police for coupon use. I have tried reaching out multiple times to provide feedback and receive a response from Subway's headquarters without any success. I visited Subway today, but was informed that I needed to place my order online using DoorDash since the employee was alone. Despite my confusion, the staff insisted on this method. I explained I had walked a long way without my phone and the food was there, but they remained firm. The employee's attitude escalated, leaving me frustrated. This customer service experience left me hungry and disappointed. I hope the company addresses such incidents promptly.

I visited the Petal location today and placed an order for a footlong meal. After the order was completed, I was informed that the location does not accept coupons. Not a problem, I handed the clerk, Brooke, a $[redacted] bill to pay for my purchase. Surprisingly, I was then told that they couldn't accept a $[redacted] bill and would need to go elsewhere to get change before buying my food. It's disappointing to see that they would rather turn away a sale than accommodate a customer. Brooke could benefit from some training on customer service as her behavior left much to be desired. Despite wanting to remain professional, she made it challenging with her attitude. It's clear that better training is needed for staff. I won't be returning to this establishment and I plan to share my negative experience with others online. Her rudeness was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire team.

I had a disappointing experience recently when I ordered sandwiches from your website. The order did not allow me to choose the ingredients for my sandwiches, and they came with cucumbers and pickles which I didn't want, especially on a buffalo wing chicken sandwich. When I contacted the manager, there was an argument instead of a resolution. All I wanted was either a refund or to have the sandwiches remade as they were my dinner, but they were inedible with old, hard bread. I have pictures to show the issue. I recently placed an internet order for food, and it included items I did not request. I specifically asked for extra cheese which was missing completely. During my conversation with the manager regarding this issue, he was interrupting me and arguing instead of listening. The sandwiches I received were made on stale bread, not toasted, and had cucumbers and tomatoes on a chicken buffalo wing sandwich which should not have been there. The spicy Italian had no cheese though it was supposed to, and it also had cucumbers without my consent. The ordering app did not inquire about my preferences, and I simply wanted the classic sandwich as it is traditionally made without cucumbers. The Phelan store's night manager was disrespectful during our interaction. I am requesting either a refund or replacement sandwiches made correctly without any arguments, on fresh bread, and toasted as per the standard preparation.

I visited Forrest General Hospital on October 26th and ordered a 6" Outlaw using a $3.49 coupon. However, my receipt shows a 6" Teriyaki Sub, 3 cookies, and a Medium Fountain 30oz for $11.90. The staff couldn't find my transaction, so I checked my bank account and saw the charge. I tried calling 1-[redacted] for help but couldn't get through to a representative. It's frustrating not being able to speak to someone on the phone. I prefer resolving this issue over the phone to reverse the charge promptly. I ordered an aloo patty sandwich from Zomato in Jaipur Malviya Nagar. I requested to add South West Chipotle and Sweet Onion sauces by calling them, and they confirmed the addition. However, upon receiving the order, both sauces were missing. When I contacted them, they claimed they couldn't do anything and abruptly ended the call. They are currently not answering my calls.
