Bought **** Outback Touring. **** Van Subaru, Kansas City. First went to Reliable Springfield, MO. Did not test drive, looked, negotiated, ready to purchase, called & not return call. Complained, received a thank you and a $** credit*debit for notifying them! Purchased on line from Mr. Blum at Van all via email, text sight unseen. Purchased warranty that Van agreed to wave the $*** deductable from other than a Subaru dealer due to the distance from our home (*** miles rt). This was not reflected on our warranty contract! Van told us our *,*** mile service was free of charge. We called Subaru CS and were told we could go to Reliable instead of Van (overnight stay). Made appt. at Reliable. Got there and they refused service, told us they would have to charge us, we were not entered in the computer, would not even look at our warranty we bought. Our appt. was recorded. Asked to talk to a manager and had to wait a long time, lady very rude and claimed we did not even have an appt. (our appt. was acknowledged by service writer!) Called Van (Kim Kloth) from their parking lot and was told to have service done locally and send them the bill for reimbursement. We had a coupon issued by the Subaru main web site for $** for taking a test drive. This was submitted to Van at the time of purchase and was to be mailed to us. It was never received. I inquired of Blum and eventually was asked by Mr. Wickwire to send him another copy of the coupon, which I did. I asked Kim Kloth about this and she claims I already received this for a test drive at another dealer which I did not! I received * for the letter I sent to Reliable and * for the overnight drive to Kansas City to meet with Mr. Wickwire to instruct us on the technical issues of our new vehicle! She insisted Subaru only allows *of these cards to be issued?? We were in Bloomington, MN this summer and went to Luther Subaru due to an unbearable noise for over *** mile on the trip there. They removed the Thule crossbars and showed us they had a bulletin that this was a common complaint! We asked: Since these were new if we could have a refund and we were told we could not even though they have been removed! Our remote start has not worked since purchasing the car. We went to Morries Subaru in Minnetonka, MN and it worked for them! The car has at times not illuminated the passenger temperature display. We are currently in Minnesota for medical reasons etc. Today (********) we went Luther Subaru in Bloomington, MN. Everything electronic was locked. Nothing could be turned on or off. Radio was on, blowers, heat, etc. this is intermittent

GetHuman1014500 did not yet indicate what Subaru should do to make this right.

How GetHuman1014500 fixed the problem
Written BBB MN & MO. Told by Morrieā€™s Subaru it would be over $*** to have IPhone application for the remote starter that does not work. Best Buy would install complete new unit with a warranty that would actually be homered!
