I bought a straight talk ** plan.i had a Samsung used phones *.* I bought one was a friend. I called told them I did not know if the phone would work. He assured me it would. I had a old Verizon sim card.and the **$service pin plan.*It reactivated the old sim number. *Assured me he could get it to work.he took my activation **.** card.activated it.the lady at Walmart said it didn't matter if it was at r Verizon that straight talk excepted it.he agreeded.*Activated my card my Samsung doesn't work.*So I got a att.phone.under the assumption that either company and sim cards work.*Never got the call back last night.*Today lady says I have to get a new sim card for att phone. That I can only use my **.** with either the Verizon sim.or with the Samsung phone. That I can not use the **.** card on att phone.have to get new sim.if the sales representative at Walmart is not going to make it clear that they want interchangeable products with each other. And the st rep.says I can't use sim need new one.then why did you straight talk activate my card when I told him I didn't know if that phone would work. He shouldn't have told me he could fix Samsung and make it work.*He should have made sure that it was or didn't work before he activated my card **.**.*Because I could have took it back and traded for the activation kit with sum.*Today the repetitive would not let me speak to someone I could understand. I was pissed about my card being activated without straight talk knowing if device was compatible or if it would even work .before he took upon his self to activate my hard earned money that if he hadn't done then the lady and I would not have had a problem. I ask for her to send me one in the mail.she said yall didnt send in mail.*I'm not paying **.** for a simcard.when it was your repisentive to take it upon self .instead of make sure device works I have spent and I do honestly believe it was with good intentions by your company. To activate without knowing if compatibility of either.*I think it should be at the expense of straight talk to send me a sim card.to go with my phone.*Sincerely tammy mills******hwy**north*Collinsville ms.******Ps*It's not right for me to pay for your repetitive mistakes.
