The post office says the return label is a bad label

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your return label. Occasionally, problems with the barcode or the printing might cause this error. If you encounter an issue with your pre-paid, pre-addressed return label, you can print a new one directly from your Stitch Fix account. Go to the "Checkouts" section and select "Fixes". Then, click "Return Items", followed by "Print Return Label". Ensure to print it clearly. If you continue to have problems, we recommend trying a different post office or return drop-off location if possible.

I want to know what my charge for 200 plus was for. I only got two items in jan

Without access to individual client accounts, it's challenging to provide a specific reason for your charge. However, if you got two items in January, the cost might include the price for these two items and any styling fee. Stitch Fix charges a $20 styling fee per fix, which applies towards anything you keep from your box. The remaining balance could come from the cost of the items you retained from your fix. Prices for items vary, and your total is calculated based on the individual price of each piece.

Refund on bank withdrawal and closed account

If you've returned items to Stitchfix but the account you used for payment has been closed, it's advisable to contact your bank for assistance as soon as possible. Banks usually have a system for handling refunds to closed accounts. Unfortunately, Stitchfix can't redirect a refund to a different account after it's already been processed. If you can't resolve the issue with your bank, then you might have to seek professional advice about how to reclaim your money. It's always best to ensure your payment details are updated in your Stitchfix account to prevent issues with refunds.

my package was delivered to the post office instead of my home address

Sometimes delivery addresses get mixed up due to errors. If your Stitch Fix package was delivered to the post office instead of your home address, the post office will often leave a notice at your home with information on how to pick up the package. If you haven't received such a notice, we recommend visiting your local post office with a photo ID to retrieve the package. It's important to make sure that your address information is correct in your Stitch Fix settings to avoid this in the future. If the issue persists, you may need to contact Stitch Fix directly for further assistance.

I tried to cancel my order so I want a refund for the styling fee

We're sorry to hear that you're looking to cancel. However, please be aware that the $20 styling fee is non-refundable. It's charged when your stylist begins working on your fix, and it will be credited back if any items are kept from that fix. However, if you cancel the order or decide not to keep any items, the styling fee cannot be reimbursed. This policy helps to compensate our stylists for their time and expertise. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
