To cancel an order made by mistake, you can do so directly from your Stitch Fix account. Navigate to your orders section, find the order you wish to cancel, and follow the prompts to cancel it. Keep in mind that cancellations are only possible before your order is shipped. To redeem your Stitch Fix gift card, log into your account, go to the "Account" section, and select "Gift Cards." Enter the gift card code provided. The amount will be added to your Stitch Fix credit balance.

You can generate a return shipping label by logging into your Stitch Fix account. Navigate to your order history, find the applicable order, and there should be an option to process a return and print a shipping label.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your return label. Occasionally, problems with the barcode or the printing might cause this error. If you encounter an issue with your pre-paid, pre-addressed return label, you can print a new one directly from your Stitch Fix account. Go to the "Checkouts" section and select "Fixes". Then, click "Return Items", followed by "Print Return Label". Ensure to print it clearly. If you continue to have problems, we recommend trying a different post office or return drop-off location if possible.

Without access to individual client accounts, it's challenging to provide a specific reason for your charge. However, if you got two items in January, the cost might include the price for these two items and any styling fee. Stitch Fix charges a $20 styling fee per fix, which applies towards anything you keep from your box. The remaining balance could come from the cost of the items you retained from your fix. Prices for items vary, and your total is calculated based on the individual price of each piece.
