MY Steelseries Arctis 7 headphones wont charge. Had them just over two years.
It's possible that your SteelSeries Arctis 7 headphones are not charging due to a few common issues. First, ensure your USB cable is fully inserted into the headset and the power source. If the problem persists, try using a different USB cable and/or plug into a different power source, like another computer or wall outlet. Also, confirm the power source is working properly, such as making sure your computer's USB port isn't disabled or your wall outlet isn't malfunctioning. If you are using a USB hub, try directly plugging the headphones into your power source. If you're still having issues, it might be a problem with the battery itself and it could need replacement.

Arctic’s nova 1x headphones microphone not working on Xbox
We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your Arctis 1x headset's microphone on your Xbox. The problem might be due to the settings on your Xbox console. You can check these in the Xbox audio settings to make sure the headset is selected as the default audio device. Additionally, you could also test the mic on a different device to check if the issue persists. If your microphone still isn't working, it might be a hardware issue with the headset itself, and you might need to consider applying for a warranty claim or getting it repaired. Please remember to always carefully handle your Arctis 1x headphones to avoid causing damage to the microphone.

My steel series, Arctic nova, seven wireless Diablo Limited series, headphones, volume is extremely low, even when on max volume
The problem of low volume could be due to issues with your device's settings or the headphones themselves. Firstly, ensure that both your device and the headphones are on their highest volume.
In some cases, more specialized changes may be necessary. If you're connecting on a Windows system, go to "Sound settings", click on "Device properties", and ensure that the "levels" slider is at 100%.
Also, make sure to update the audio drivers on your system and the SteelSeries Engine software, which helps optimize the use of your SteelSeries peripherals.
If the device is still quiet after these adjustments, it may be a hardware issue, in which case you might want to consider a replacement or repair. Please be noted that the Arctis 7 Wireless Diablo handles most volume through its physical volume dial, taking into consideration the specific game or application volume.

My steel series keyboard won’t turn on
We're sorry to hear about your keyboard. First, try connecting it to a different USB port, or another device, to rule out a potential issue with the port. Sometimes, the issue can be a driver problem. Try updating or reinstalling the keyboard's driver. If you're using SteelSeries Engine, make sure it's updated to the latest version. If after these steps your keyboard still won't turn on, it might be an actual keyboard malfunction. If your keyboard is under warranty, you can file a warranty claim through the SteelSeries website. Remember, opening or attempting to repair the keyboard yourself could void the warranty.

Headset microphone not working properly
There could be a few reasons why your SteelSeries headset microphone is not working properly. First, ensure that the headset is not muted and that it's properly connected to your device. Also, check the audio settings on your device to be sure the headset is set as the default device for audio input. If you are using a USB headset, try plugging it into a different USB port. Additionally, check if there is any physical damage to the headset that could be causing the issue. If none of these steps solve the problem, you might need to update the firmware for your headset through the SteelSeries Engine software. If the problem persists, the headset may need repair or replacement.
