My headset stopped working and it either doesn’t have any reset button or it has it missplaced.**After talking to steelseries support the only thing they answer is that they cannot begin the warranty process because I’m currently in Mexico, ignoring the fact that I both bought and received the product in the US and I can and will return it there. **They seem to lack the necessary imagination (which is minimum) to understand that currently being in Mexico is no obstacle at all for me.**As much as I try and try to get a bettwr answer from them they keep repeating the same thing which is not a solution is just an excuse.**I don’t get why they can’t wall me through the process by telling me “you currently can’t because you’re in Mexico, but once you are in United States you’d have to...”. That’s just laziness from them.**I’ll wait on your answer.**Thank you.
