I bought Steelseries Arctis * headset today. I cant register or activate the product.. and the SteelSeries Engine * dosent find it... I have done everything that I found on your website and what I have found on the Internet and nothing works... I have the product code but it just say "This is a Arctis * Black (**** Edition) serial number. If there was no registration code in the box, your device cannot currently be registered."*So what do I do?
GetHuman-jannetii did not yet indicate what SteelSeries should do to make this right.
