Spend $*** on a product advertised to work with the PS*. ... I purchased their $*** dollar Arctis Pro * Gamedac headset through Amazon to use on my PS*, and even though it's advertised to be compatible, it is not functional for PS*. It is not just my headset, as talking to the community on Reddit every owner of the headset has the exact same issue on PS*. The support team is silent on the issue, with no mentions of it existing or that it may be fixed.
Hundreds of people on their subreddit have voiced the issue, and Steelseries support has been silent, refused refunds and for months have let hundreds more customers purchase their product under false pretenses.
A statement to their customers that the issue exists, and whether it is something that can be resolved through firmware or if they need to return*replace their purchase.
I am very passionate about gaming, music, and sound quality. When I find a reliable product I share and tell as many people as possible to purchase it themselves.
Opened a ticket, contacted mods on their subreddit, and sent a message over Instagram.
