Following from Ticket ********Your Agent RUSS B Failed the following***. check the previous opened case and the country it was opened with.**. Upon opening this case i've informed Russ B from the very start that i bought the unit while traveling , but he did not ask where i reside and ASSUME it is based on the country it was opened in.**. Instructed me to break the left earcup, in which i did and took a photo. **. Verified by Russ, he then provided me with the RMA code**. Upon further check (by asking him more questions on how to get it shipped to where im located at, Siem Reap , Cambodia), he proceeded to change the value to USD*.** , force close the ticket and blocked me from opening it again.**I need a solution for the issue NOW. Your agent have failed in several S.O.P and i am to be blamed for this? Your stupid product is not cheap, your service is terrible. If i would to bring this to consumer tribunal, i will win. If this goes online, you will have bigger issues. I've done only as instructed by YOUR agent and i demand the item to be replaced. Dont leave me hanging with a broken piece of ****.
