I have had my steel series arctics * headset for about * months and just recently the USB has stopped working with the headset. So whenever the USB is plugged into my PS* it says it is connected to the PS* but I can't hear any audio. So the headset does not work anymore while being wireless. I tried resetting the headset by pushing the reset button for ** seconds then pairing the USB again. And it worked, I was able to hear everything wireless. But then the next time I turned on my PS* the headset was not working again. So i was wondering if I would be able to be sent a new one or emailed back a solution to fix this problem if there is any solution. Thank you for your time and help.* Matthew.
