My aunt bought me an Arctis * Bluetooth last month from Amazon in Atlanta. She gave it to me when she came to Indonesia. I used this Arctis Bluetooth normally and never use it to red battery indicator. Yesterday i was using my Arctis * Bluetooth for listening to music like i do normally, but when i try to take it off for a moment, it turned itself off. I believe that there is something wrong about the cables or anything inside the headset. Anyway this only affect the bluetooth connection not the sound quality. When i try to expand the ear cups it turned the bluetooth off immediately. What should I do? Can i claim warranty?(Anyway it seems that i cant charge my Arctis * Bluetooth since when i plugged it in, the red light didnt turn on)
