Missing items happen all the time. If you are looking to recover one you will need to report it immediately. If you deleted the item you most likely cannot get it back.
The issue in GetHuman-qmuirhea's own words
I was trading with someone and we were in agreement of what the trade was, I sent him the offer and it said I had to confirm it right after I sent it. So I go to my steam mobile app and confirm it. This is all within ** seconds so he couldn't have responded to it by then. The trade was sent and I have it in my recent sent offers that I sent the items I wanted to trade for the items he wanted to trade. But when he accepted the trades he had just taken my items without giving me his, then he blocked me. Steam shouldn't allow a trade to be changed without both parties confirmation. I lost around $***CAD worth of skins due to this and I'm pretty upset over it.**I can provide screenshots of the trades and the profile of the person it happened with if necessary.
