If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.
The issue in GetHuman-kungfrui's own words
Okay, just to explain it, I just woke up this morning and found emails on steam on my phone. The emails were "Your email has been successfully changed, steam mobile authenticator was removed, your number was removed" and I clicked on the "use this recovery link" on the email showing that your email was changed, but those instructions didn't work. Please contact me on *****@***.com, I think I left my Credit Card in there and really want my account back! By the way, I think I know why this is happening. I went on various skin websites for the game "CS: GO", which told me to enter their passwords (from going to steam, this has nothing to do with steam or valve and entering password). Most of them were safe and legit, BUT ONE OF THEM, called depskins.com (Online Trade Bot), made me not only put my password and email but scammed me by taking my skins away and having ** dollars, and I couldn't buy my knife since it said: "all bots are busy". Please contact immediately at my email, I have CS: GO, Rocket League ( I actually bought this from Amazon in a CD Key but lost it), Black Squad for sure in my game library. Although the most important thing I want you to recover is my credit card information. And on the email, it said "If you did not authorize this change made from the computer located at ***.***.**.*** (NL)", that it the computer that accessed. Hope for my account to be recovered soon. -Thanks, Amaan.
