I arrived at *:**pm, the specified time of pickup. I notified the cashier of my online order, and while waiting I remembered I had a coupon in my email for BOGO milkshakes. I ordered * shakes and presented the coupon on my phone. The cashier had no idea what to do with the coupon code. They had ME try to scan it because they were clueless. He called over * people who also didn't know what to do with my coupon. The cashier called one of the line cooks over, and he picked my phone up with his greasy gloves on and smeared grease all over it while trying to zoom in on the coupon barcode. He then took my phone to a back room looking for a manager, making me feel very uncomfortable. The manager on duty came over and happily helped, showing the cashier all he needed to do was enter the coupon * that the computer was asking for. I got my shakes and proceeded to wait for my online order. It was now *:** and no sign of my order that was supposed to be ready at *:**. Keep in mind, I placed the order at *:**, so I had already waited ** minutes at home. So at *:**, I had a very hungry and annoyed family waiting for their "fast food". I got the manager's attention again and asked if they were working on my order or if they forgotten about it. They had. I saw him slip in the back and quickly put together my meals. *All the time while waiting, I observed employees goofing off, disrespecting the manager on duty, and making customers feel uncomfortable. Several loudly yelled they couldn't wait to get the heck out of there. One begged me to call and complain so that she could get fired, exclaiming it would "make her life" (she even gave me her name, Shelby).*Once I got home to finally eat my long-awaited food, we were disappointed to find the fries were COLD and tasted old, like they had been sitting for a while. The sandwiches were also cold and the the buns were soggy. Keep in mind, I live * minutes from the restaurant, and watched the manager put together my meal, so the food was not sitting long. This leads me to believe the food is not fresh to begin with. This was my *nd time visiting this location. The first time was also a disaster, but that was under different management. I thought I'd give it a *nd chance considering there was a change in ownership. *** times I have been severely disappointed, making me never want to give this establishment my business again. $** down the drain.
