Soooo upset, my co worker and I went to steak and shake in Grapevine Tx, address **** E.Grapevine Mills Cir. *****....on our lunch break we sat at table and no one came to give us menu's so after about ** min , we got up to place are orders up front and the Manager Edward was the one doing the front cashier, he said to go or here I said here he said you will need to be seated in order to place your order, I exlpained what happen and still insisted we I said to go, we got the * for *, I told him what I wanted and he acted like he didn't understand, I aked him what was not clear about my order, my order was * burger w mustard all veg on it, w the side to be a chili, the *nd * for * was everything on the burger and add a chili , his comment was I been working here for many years I know how to plce an order, it is you who are not giving it to me correctly....I said I have been coming to this steak and shake and have never had problem with some taking my order, I gave him my gift card to pay and he said he could not use it because I was getting the special and his cash register was give him that message we we could not use our gift card for that I told I had never heard of that before, so I handed him a **. I asked if he were the manager and he said yes, I asked for his name and provide that, but not his last name, the he went on to say i complain by calling the number on the door, but he could do better than that he said the district manager was there and I could speak to him if i wanted and I said yes he went to the back like to get him and never came back up front ,sent a lady from the back to give us our order...she was nice and provide the district manager * and her name Herlinda, I left Herlinda a message as well her ph**** *** ****. And provide my number for her to call me back about my concern about her Manager, very rude. Overwhelmed and taking his frustration out on his customers, let's not forget his lying... my co worker and i will not be going to that location anymore and will put our comments as well on Facebook and any other social media we can.
