When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely young man who was actually off the clock but seated us anyway. He then said he would take our order and put it in and then wasn’t allowed to serve them to is. Once our ACTUAL waitress saw our food she walked past our order as well as two other orders in the window for ** minutes. She stood behind the drink counter and did nothing for that time. She had zero urgency in her behavior and she was the only waitress on the floor as well. While I understand that these things happen they should still work with a sense of urgency. We are typically regular customers and typically deal with Ryan who is always wonderful and he was assisting her tonight and served more orders in the time that we were there than she did. And he wasn’t even working the dining room. Once we got our food it was ice cold. We did not request a manager because we wanted to leave so we ate some of our food, paid, and left. This was not a satisfactory visit by any means. My first complaint was responded to and the response said that you all thought this was a complimentary email. It was not. The case number they provided was *******. Please respond.
