Last evening at *:** at your Eureka Mo location we were treated extremely rudely.*We were taking our * Grandchildren home and they all wanted to eat at Steak and Shake! She’s * thru **. The restaurant was about *** full and no one in line. The young man looks around and says it will be ** minutes for a table?*I then say can’t you put the table for * and the table for * right next to it together!*He says we don’t do that.*So I say Really I would like to speak to the manager. He goes to the back returns and says he is busy! So I tell him to return and get out here NOW.*He comes out in a couple of minutes and ask what is the problem? I ask why we have to wait ** minutes for a table? After some hesitation he says he only has * servers... so I say you have a person that is seating customers and you have yourself hiding in the back room and I count * girls on the floor. That is * and your restaurant is only *** full?*Well sir you will just have to wait.**We frequent the Washington Mo location at least once a week because my father in law wants this as his favorite place.*We have * Grandchildren and go there regularly.**Just happened to stop at Eureka as we were taking Grandchildren home from staying with us for a fun weekend.**Your incompetent, clueless, lazy manager should be reprimanded and if you have had other complaints on him I would even FIRE him. I realize this statement seems harsh but you need to look at past history of this person.**Like I said we have been loyal customers of Steak and Shake and managers like this can slowly chase off loyalty!**What do they say about bad words are much harder on a business than a good word
