My girlfriend and I were on a trip to Florida and today we were on our way home back to Louisiana. We decided to grab Starbucks since we love it and it would be quick to get coffee for the ** hour drive. We stopped at the Starbucks in Lakeland Florida and purchased a vanilla iced coffee, an iced caramel mocciato, two bagels, and a ham and cheese croissant. The total for the order was $**.**. Then we started to drive off to since we were trying to be quick to get home. The “iced coffee” that they gave was tea, and mocciato had no caramel in it, and they gave us a egg and ham sandwich instead of the croissant. The bagels were fine however. I would like a refund of $** for the order becuase some things were still able to eat however it wasn’t very enjoyable. I payed with cash but my Starbucks account is linked to *****@***.com if I could receive a refund that way.
